The Job Foreman is responsible for managing all aspects of the daily operations of the levelrock department. This includes but is not limited to the purchase, inventory control, delivery and installation of the insulation products. This person must ensure that the departments of Kinzler Construction Services team works in a safe and effective manner at all times.

• Be the first point of contact for the General Contractor or their representative. Will facilitate a positive attitude toward and willingness to work through difficult situations with General Contractors and their representatives.
• Coordinate and conduct pre-pour meetings with estimating and installation team members. Be thoroughly familiar with details of how each job was bid.
• Be familiar and knowledgeable with gypsum concrete product lines. This includes general product information and installation processes.
• Will communicate and follow through with the change order process, ensuring documentation is completed prior to any extra work performed.

Required skills, experience and talents:

• Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team to achieve maximum potential.
• Ability to use good judgement and problem-solving skills while striving to work safely at all times.
