Post Frame Building Construction Foreman

Compensation: $17.00 – $30.00+ per Hour Based on Experience

The Job:

  • Lead a crew of three (3) to four (4) laborers
  • Erect Pre-Engineered Post Frame Structures
  • Enjoy a variety of work assignments, no two days are alike
  • Work outside, not in a factory or office
  • 4 day work week, minimally 40-50 hours per week of work available
  • Use green products and designs
  • Learn and apply building construction techniques
  • See progress take shape quickly
  • Experience a sense of accomplishment
  • Provide value to the client / customer
  • Operate Hand & Power Tools
  • Reliable, steady, year ‘round work; stable income
  • Transfers available to other branch locations

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to Lead a hard working crew
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work in out-door weather conditions
  • Prior Building Trades experience necessary
  • Willing to train the right candidates
  • Company sponsored in-house training programs
