We are a small team including a construction supervisor, office manager, construction cleaning manager and an on site real estate team. .

The Construction Laborer is responsible for a wide range of activities necessary to construct new structures. These may include clearing, grading, excavating, loading and carrying materials and equipment, digging trenches, moving and spreading gravel or other fill materials, operating equipment to assist with the construction process, cleaning up the construction site at the end of the day, etc. Candidates interested in applying should possess excellent communication skills, be hardworking and possess an active listener mentality.

Responsibilities:

• Move, clean, and repair construction materials on site.
• Dig trenches.
• Haul building materials with a forklift.
• Clean up work area after job site is complete.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
