Construction Sales Representative - Home Solutions of Iowa - Cedar Rapids, IA

Home Solutions of Iowa, the only authorized LeafGuard Gutters dealer in Iowa, is growing! We have an opening for an in-home Construction Sales Representative to run Company-provided leads and close sales in the exterior home improvement industry in the Cedar Rapids and Eastern area of the state. No cold calling or door-to-door knocking is required!

THIS IS A STRICTLY COMMISSION ONLY BASED SALES POSITION

With opportunities to make $80,000 + per year!

Though the position is commission based, we offer up to one month of paid training! We provide you with a percentage of your sales commission upfront when you close a job, and the rest of your commissions after the job is completed. We are looking for great attitudes and hard working candidates who look forward to no caps on how much they can earn!

On top of your sales commissions, there are also opportunities for monthly bonuses and annual bonuses based upon performance and dollars sold.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean driving history with no major violations for the past 3 years

• Face to face sales experience required

• Construction industry experience preferred, but not required. We will train!
