Evening Front Desk Supervisor – Full time – Match Play Tennis Centers, Inc. – Cedar Rapids, IA

The Collins Aerospace Rec Center is looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who possesses good communication skills, basic computer skills, the ability to multi-task and enjoys customer service work to fill the full-time weekday evening Front Desk Supervisor role. One year of experience as a supervisor is preferred.

Job Summary:

Provide excellent customer service to members and potential members of the Rec Center. This will include, but is not limited to greeting members, processing memberships, processing sales transactions, scheduling appointments, answering phones, folding towels, giving tours of the facility and responding to emergency situations (on-site CPR and Bloodborne Pathogen training is provided).
