Hawkeye Hotels is currently seeking a General Manager to join the team for our Fairfield Inn & Suites Columbus Grove City, OH location.

Essential Duties:

Oversees all operations, including but not limited to, rooms, food & beverage, sales, marketing, maintenance, reservations and owner relations. The General Manager develops strategy and execution tactics for the property including revenue generation, financial performance, growth and development, recruitment and staff development. Position requires effective leadership skills to build and reward a service culture. Responsible for the full implementation and consistency of Hawkeye Hotels’ standards and company expectations, brand standards, and industry rating for the property.


Proven ability to make profit.
Previous Hotel Management experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
