Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor - The Views of Marion - Marion, IA

The Views of Marion is going to add a new member to our leadership team! We have an opportunity for an individual to fill the vital role of Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor. This individual will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and supervising staff and all activities in the housekeeping and laundry departments. Other roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Establish checklists and/or logs for daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly housekeeping tasks
• Implement and oversee laundry procedures
• Hold departmental in-service trainings to ensure staff is in compliance with infection control, equipment usage, safety, standard practices and procedures, and staff accountability
• Create staff schedules
• Demonstrate dependability and punctuality
