Client: TCS/Trans America (Insurance domain)

Number of Positions: 60

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA

Duration : Long Term

Visa : US Citizens / Green Card

Rate: $14 an hour fixed

Qualification: High School (with experience and communication skills, drop outs are accepted too)

Requirement : Need to good communication skills for this call center roles/ any experience with call center is preferred but not must. any retail experience is also considered.

There will be 6-8 weeks of training by TCS (paid during this time) and test will be conducted . The candidates need to pass this test to continue on the job for long term

Note: until COVID is control, these are remote roles, the selected candidates need to go a local TCS office to collect laptop and other equipment
