Some of the responsibilities you may be responsible for include, but are not limited to:

• Providing care for clients based on personalized Plan of Care
• Counseling the client and family through the care process using excellent communication skills
• Assuring proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws
• Participating in agency performance improvement activities and continuously staying informed about changes in the field of nursing and home health care
• Simply making your client’s day a bit BRIGHTER!

Qualifications:

• Current unrestricted RN license in state for which care is being provided
• Must be able to provide proof of current driver’s license and current auto insurance
• Must adhere to HIPPA and maintain client confidentiality
• Understands regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations
• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull.
• IV Infusion and/or wound care experience is preferred
