Part-Time Cashier - Deery Brothers Ford Lincoln - Iowa City, IA

We are looking for a reliable Part-Time Cashier, who possesses excellent customer service skills. Applicants must have computer experience and money handling A customer-friendly individual with computer experience and cashier experience will succeed at this role.

Job Purpose:

Supports service operations by welcoming visitors, answering and transferring phone calls, cashing out clients and assisting the service team as requested.

Hours:

Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm

Duties:
* Welcomes visitors, potential customers, and customers by greeting and referring them to the appropriate person.

* Answers incoming phone calls and route as necessary.

* Assists with scheduling service appointments.

* Presents a welcoming environment by keeping reception area neat and clean.

* Receive and process all cash and credit card payments.

* Maintain daily records of all cashier transactions; balance cash drawer and close out credit card machine.
