Full Job Description

Looking for an experienced material and supply professional to join our procurement team. This position will be managing complex intercompany/intracompany procurements between separate legal entities under our wide corporate umbrella.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Carries out processes and standards in support of Procurement, including RFPs, negotiations, cost accountability, and/or program execution.

  • Coordinates with various legal and contract entities, guiding end-solutions to execute on intercompany/intracompany terms and government flow down agreements between separate legal entities.

  • Responds to client inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Works with purchasing goods, materials, supplies, and services.

  • Prepares purchase orders and payment approvals to ensure the procurement process goes smoothly.

  • Assembles price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information for analysis.

  • Supports the preparation of request for proposals (RFP) and bid packages.

  • Compiles records of items purchased, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories, analyzes data and ensures account needs are met

  • Contacts suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries to ensure resolution of problems such as shortages and missed or late deliveries.

  • Responsible for managing and building intercompany/intracompany processes in a growth space.

  • Directs and manages all schedules, and purchase orders for the client account or the product family.

  • Ensures product is delivered on time, meets quality standards, and at the right cost.

  • May perform delivery assurance responsibilities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR
  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience OR
  • In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Intercompany/Intracompany transaction experience.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
