Recreation Program Assistant - The Views of Marion - Marion, IA

The Views Senior Living of Marion is looking for an enthusiastic, kind and outgoing full-time recreation program assistant who will find joy in engaging with our senior residents in our long term and skilled setting. There may also be opportunity to support activities in our assisted living setting periodically.

As a recreation program assistant your job duties will include but not be limited to:

*communicating residents needs interests to the recreation program director

*document all interaction with residents/family members.

*assist the recreation program director in conducting resident council meetings.

*follow plans and schedules and implement programs for individuals and groups under the direction of the recreation program director.
