Restoration Technician

Summary: With minimal supervision, perform various cleaning duties within the company warehouse as well as in the field.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Clean and deodorize contents/structures on a daily basis
• Pack out and transport of client contents
• General cleaning in residential and commercial facilities
• Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance, while showing respect for customer’s home and property
• Water damage emergency response and monitoring
• Inventory and load vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for jobs, ensuring vans are kept clean and organized
• Set-up staging area and equipment for each job
• Prepare rooms for cleaning process
• Perform end-of-job/end-of-day cleanup and breakdown
• Enroll in all relevant training programs and achieve all relevant production certifications
• Read equipment and product directions and Material Data Safety Sheets for correct usage and application
• Complete detailed job records
• Take pictures of content/homes
• Assist the crew leader and other production personnel

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Self-motivated, ability to get along with diverse personalities
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders, and work in high places on a routine basis.
• Ability to assume responsibility, deal effectively with problems, and exercise independent judgement when making decisions
• Valid driver’s license

Hours

• 40 hours/week, with the flexibility to work overtime, after-hours and on-call weekends when required
