What You Will Do:

  • Work in partnership with the Healthcare Coordinator to provide superior health care services and red carpet hospitality
  • Complete assessments and write service plans for current and prospective residents
  • Responsible for Electronic Health Record review and compliance
  • Communicate with primary care provider, resident, and POAs
  • Document residents’ health concerns/updates in Nurse’s Notes
  • Assist with delegation and document tasks according to the healthcare manual and the Nurse Practice Act.
  • Be responsible for overseeing all medication reminders and administration
  • Carry your own personal professional liability insurance

Why You Are Qualified:

  • RN – Registered Nurse in good standing
  • CPR certification
  • 2 years’ health care management experience (senior living experience preferred)

Hired candidates will be required to successfully complete a criminal background check, valid references, and other pre-employment practices as required by law. EOE.
