Seeking serious sales professional living in Cedar Rapids, Iowa

We are currently seeking a highly motivated sales professional to work as part of the Iowa sales team. You must be self-disciplined and a hard working individual who works well with people.

Sales Representatives will be responsible for:

Planning the use of their time and resources efficiently

Applying and enhancing their ability to evaluate customer needs and wants

Producing quality results

Must be confident in your ability, aggressive, self motivated, and focused on success

Willing to travel, fly, drive and entertain up to 12 days per month

Selling direct to retailers and end users at their establishment

Utilizing phone skills to promote new business as well as follow up on leads

Building relationships with existing and new accounts

Selling and implementing sales promotions and events

Valid driver’s license issued in the state in which employed; and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications:

3-5 years sales experience. (Experience in the Cigar industry a Plus)

Detail oriented with strong follow up skills

Able to set, meet, and exceed goals

Provide customer satisfaction

Must possess a strong work ethic

Must have newer lap top, smart phone, dependable vehicle, and able to work some nights and weekends.

This is an outside sales position, and you must be able to work daily from your home office or on the road to be considered for this position.

Compensation:

Starting at 15% net profit commission with spiffs and bonus available. There are over 100 cigar retailers in Iowa._ Average order $350.00 USD. Once account is established you will rarely need to revisit this retailer. Most re-orders are performed over telephone or via our E-Commerce site accessible only to licensed tobacco sellers. As long as you are actively working with the company; all accounts established remain yours. You will initially invest your time but your long term reward is very lucrative. Again, this is 100% commission with no cap. Strong sales professionals needed.
