We are hiring hourly management personnel for Part Time and Full Time shifts to staff our restaurants. Early morning to night shifts available. Join us at Westar Foods, Inc. as a team member for Hardee’s. STARTING PAY UP TO $13 AN HOUR!

Shift Leaders

Shift Leaders work with Crew Members to ensure that all employees are customer service focused. Shift Leaders ensure that staff are performing their job duties and meeting expectations in all areas of their job description.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 6 months experience in the food service industry, including breakfast and drive-thru services; supervisory experience preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to lead meetings as needed
• 100% effort to doing quality work and providing great customer service
• Ability to multi task and work under pressure
• Ability and willingness to greet customers on the floor
• Be willing to be coached by management staff in order to develop skills and growth of business
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background and drug test

Hourly rate based on experience
