Survey Representative – GCO Services – Cedar Rapids, IA

GCO Services is searching for Work at Home Survey Representatives.

Job Functions:

• Provide an excellent experience for people across the country.
• Gather information into the computer system.
• Submit information and classify calls correctly based on individual responses.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to speak English
• Must be able to proficiently read and type
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time (90%)
• Must be able to speak long periods of time (60-70%)
• Must be proficient at navigating a computer
• Must have excellent customer service skills

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
