Tech Support Analyst
Remote/ Cedar Rapids
US Citizenship Required
W2 Hourly Contract $40- $59.13 an hr.

Job Description:
This position will fit a person who has experience supporting or working with Engineering tools in IT or Engineering. Reoccurring job duties include supporting the Engineering tools portion of small to medium size IT projects such as the deployment of tools to new program areas, business acquisitions and other IT sponsored projects. Routine technical support elements of the role include engineering tool deployment, troubleshooting break/fix, service request fulfillment and compliance activities.
Skills Required
- Linux and Windows Support for Engineering applications.
- Excellent communication and organization skills
Experience Required
- Engineering or IT degrees and have experience supporting technical users on their requirements for applications.
- The ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks are required due to the wide variety of activities we support.
Experience Preferred
- Direct or related experience in supporting Engineering Tool flows.
Education Required
- 14+ Years of experience with HS10+ Years with AA , 8+ Years experience with BS6+ Years with MS, or 3+ Years with PhD
Additional Information
The preferred candidate would be local to Cedar Rapids Iowa but other qualified remote candidates will be considered.
