We are seeking poised and enthusiastic professionals to facilitate in-home consultations in each of our current markets.

The solar industry is booming and we would love to hear how you can and will help homeowners through the process of converting from traditional power usage to clean, cost-effective, solar energy.

Job Type: Full-time

Primary Responsibilities:

• Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy including cost-savings, the positive environmental impact, and home improvement investment factors both in-home.

• Manage company-provided leads with the utmost professionalism.

• Self-Generate business by establishing relationships in the market you serve, mining the company’s existing database of unconverted leads, and produce referrals from existing customers.

• Attend, and be a positive influencer in, team/company meetings.

Qualifications:

• In-home sales experience

• Over-the-Phone and/or Virtual sales experience is preferred

• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience

• Ability to self-manage

• Professional home office setup

• Energized by conversing with a wide range of individuals on a daily basis
