Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver
SPINNING TRANSPORTATION is looking for drivers in the Des Moines area. This is an independent contractor position using your own car to transport patients to medical appointments. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Must be dependable and courteous. Here are the requirements:

Interested Drivers must:

• Provide a clean driving history (Motor Vehicle Report)
• Submit a Criminal Background Checks (Federal & State)
• Pass 10 Panel Drug Test
• Possess a vehicle in good condition
• Possess a valid License

Drivers may not:

• Have a license suspended within the past 3 years;

• Have points on their license.

• Have a conviction for DWI or controlled substances in the past 3 years.

• Have ever pleaded guilty or been convicted of any violation of a sexual nature.

For Passenger Safety, Seatbelts & Safety Equipment Must Be Worn At All Times

Pay: $75.00 – $150.00 per day
