Universal Worker- Memory Care - The Views of Marion - Marion, IA

The Views Senior Living of Marion is seeking a full-time universal worker who is experienced with memory care. Caregivers who wish to apply for this position should posses qualities of kindness, patience and empathy. Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred

Training: Preferred but not required. Must participate in ongoing continuing education.

Brief job description: (this is not a complete job description)

*assisting residents with activities of daily living.

*assisting the nurse with cares as delegated.

*organizing activities for residents that are appropriate and engaging.

*serving meals to residents

*light housekeeping tasks

Shift available:

2pm-10pm with every other weekend required.
