Compensation: $25.67 /hr.

Principal Accountabilities:

Operating and maintaining a dynamic and continuous process flow

Maintaining the facility to exceed regulatory and customer requirements

Conducting efficiency tests and collecting/analyzing product samples

Interfacing with customers and carriers of our products

Problem solving and troubleshooting

Compliance to environmental, health and food safety requirements

Learning and utilizing computer systems and new technology

Performing minor maintenance

Developing and participating in individual/group skill development training

Required Qualifications:

Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer

Cargill requires that employees be a minimum of 18 years old

Must be able to perform physical job duties including bending/stooping, climbing ladders, open/close valves, shoveling, pounding with hammer and work in confined spaces

Ability to lift a minimum of 55 pounds

Must be able to work under special work conditions, such as extreme heat or cold

Ability to work in elevated areas

Must be able to operate machinery and heavy equipment

Must be able to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)

High School diploma or equivalent

Basic computer skills

Ability to work overtime, holidays, nights, weekends, or different shifts

Preferred Qualifications :

Prior experience in production related work

Prior experience using the forklift
