The Counter Sales/Will-Call Representative plays a crucial role in supporting our purpose to create lasting value for those we serve by servicing our counter and will call customers. The Counter Sales/ Will-Call Customer Service Representative serves as a key interface and essential resource for our customers. The Counter Sales/ Will-Call Customer Service Representative is responsible for accurately and efficiently picking orders for will call and the counter. This individual is responsible for the maintenance of the will-call shelf by staging orders, which entails adding items to orders or cancelling orders, stocking products and loading customer vehicles with orders. This position works independently to ensure the preparation, delivery, receipt and coordination of all customer orders at the counter while delivering excellent customer service.
